About the Books

The Scientifically Sweet cookbooks are complete baking recipe books with a scientific background. They are designed to inspire and make you a better baker whether you're a novice or a top chef with simple and delicious recipes that are tested until perfect, and with useful tips to guarantee success!

I started writing Scientifically Sweet (the 1st book) over a decade ago, and somewhere in the process I started this blog to share recipes and baking science tips while I was at it. So, I like to think that the book inspired the blog. The recipes are all unique and you'll want to make them all, which only means you'll need to stock up on butter!

There are over 100 new and creative recipes with easy-to-follow instructions paired with over 100 colour photographs that are sure to inspire and maybe induce a chocolate coma or two!
