Spiked Dark Chocolate Ganache Tartlets

We've come upon the home stretch now...

I hope I've inspired you to make some delicious edible gifts for your sugarpie this Valentine's day.

There's these Chocolate & Vanilla Sandwich Cookies that are cute enough to serve to a mouse.

As a matter of fact, you could probably make all of these items since you can use the same ganache for all 3 treats. Just keep it away from the salmon....I don't think that would mesh well.

They really do make a perfect Valentine's Day treat. They're simple and straightforward. The filling is right there in your face and it's not hidden by any whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, nuts or fruit.
